RETURNS POLICY

  • All merchandise is returnable except for vinyl. Vinyl LPs, 12″ & 7″ singles are FINAL SALE / NON REFUNDABLE.
  • All returns must have a completed RMA form and assigned number. To obtain your RMA number contact stores@altavoz.com or 301-309-9722 to request the RMA form.
  • Returns will be credited at the original discount only if complete invoice information with packing list is supplied on the RMA form.
  • No returns prior to 90 days or after 365 days.
  • Returned merchandise must be in “like-new” and saleable condition. If the product is damaged beyond reasonable “wear and tear,” the product cannot be refunded. If there are elements from the original product that are missing, a return cannot be accepted.
  • Out-of-print books, not our publication (NOP’s), damaged books and books returned in error will not be credited.
  • All vinyl is a final sale and will not be credited.
  • Returns must be sent back pre-paid. Returns shipped collect will not be accepted.
  • Returns send to the wrong warehouse or to our headquarters office will not be accepted.
  • Do not send payment or orders with returns.

SHIPPING

Altavoz ships UPS, but reserves the right to ship small orders via USPS Priority Mail or Fed Ex. All orders are shipped Monday through Friday.

Shipping times do not include processing time (most in-stock items generally take 1-2 days to process). We are unable to ship to PO, APO, or FPO boxes. Orders for multiple items may ship in one or more packages.

Shipping rates are dependent upon weight of items being shipped and location of recipient. Visit www.ups.com to get an idea of shipping costs to your area. All shipments include a 3% of invoice surcharge.
