He founded the Help Earth Foundation, helped to launched CrisisCampDC and RHoKDC, OpenGoodHacks, and is a member of the Tech@State an advisory group to the State Department on the use of technology

Adam Herko,VP of Sales of Int Business Affairs -Adam’s music industry career begin at New York-based Musicrama
as a music buyer.He joined MSI Music and helped them secure exclusive international distribution deals.
After MSI he was at Alliance Entertainment half a dozen years, building out their import catalog services and
key relationships overseas. As one of the founders of All Media Supply, Adam was responsible for establishing
its first warehouse, catalog and ordering systems as well as serving as liaison between copyright authorities in
order to comply with applicable laws.

Liz Loden, VP of Operations – Liz is an industry veteran who cut her teeth performing in clubs before college.
Her entertainment industry experience runs the gambit from producing & live show production to merchandising & marketing. As Director of A&R for Chicago based indie label, Acme Entertainment, she was
responsible for all aspects of artist development and branding. Liz combined her label management skills with
sales when she joined Baker & Taylor, Inc., working with emerging, independent labels. Liz’s role grew to
include sales and product management working with suppliers and all aspects of Baker & Taylor’s retail
customer base.

Paul McDermott,Director of Retail Sales – An award-winning career spanning decades at Warner Music
Group, working with Prince, Madonna, Bruno Mars, Arcade Fire, plus many other notable artists throughout
his career. He comes to Altavoz from Baker & Taylor, a leading distributor of books, film and music products
to libraries, institutions, and retailers, where he excelled with the domestic music retailers.

Ray MilanesesSales Consultant –Ray has over 25 years of executive music industry experience, with an extensive background in sales and marketing. He previously served as Northeast Regional Vice President at Warner Music Group, as Director of Sales for the largest independent retailer in the country for EMI, and oversaw business development for Gibson Brand (aka Gibson Guitars). This has made him a well rounded entertainment executive with a defining characteristic of being recognized for developing people and promoting an atmosphere of high morale and energy while maintaining a strong unified sales and marketing organization through communication – all while seeking new business through non-traditional means.


Michael ManocchioSenior Executive–Current CEO of Max Media Group, Inc. ( OTC- MXMI), Mike, Prior to MXMI, Mike was Chief Executive Officer of Artist Distribution Business Unit of Titan Global Entertainment, Inc. where Mike ran the day-to-day business operations for E-Go Music for Titan; plus, heading up its music publishing division, as well as A&R activities. Mike has been part of key executive teams in the record recording, promotion and distribution industry for 4 decades. From serving as Vice President of Atlantic Records and BMG labels Arista and RCA. To being a Member of the A&R Committee at Atlantic Records which signed such acts as AC/DC, the Blues Brothers, Bette Midler, Laura Brannigan, Foreigner, Night Ranger and the re-signing of the Rolling Stones. He left Atlantic Records in 1986 and worked with BMG for 9 months, where he served as Vice President for the RCA and Arista labels until going independent. Mike was awarded with the Best National Promotion Director of the Year Award in 79 after being named Midwest Regional Promotion Director, the region included 22 states and the promotional responsibilities of Chicago and Cleveland in 1978.

jessJessamyn SarmientoPast President— With extensive experience across entertainment, political, government, and non-profit sectors, Ms. Sarmiento served in The White House and the U.S. Agency for International Development under President Clinton, as communications chief at National Public Radio, and as partner and group leader in the consumer marketing division of Fleishman-Hillard International Communications.

She is currently director for public affairs at the National Endowment for the Arts.
