Adam Herko, –VP of Sales of Int Business Affairs -Adam’s music industry career begin at New York-based Musicrama
as a music buyer.He joined MSI Music and helped them secure exclusive international distribution deals.
After MSI he was at Alliance Entertainment half a dozen years, building out their import catalog services and
key relationships overseas. As one of the founders of All Media Supply, Adam was responsible for establishing
its first warehouse, catalog and ordering systems as well as serving as liaison between copyright authorities in
order to comply with applicable laws.
Her entertainment industry experience runs the gambit from producing & live show production to merchandising & marketing. As Director of A&R for Chicago based indie label, Acme Entertainment, she was
responsible for all aspects of artist development and branding. Liz combined her label management skills with
sales when she joined Baker & Taylor, Inc., working with emerging, independent labels. Liz’s role grew to
include sales and product management working with suppliers and all aspects of Baker & Taylor’s retail
Paul McDermott,Director of Retail Sales – An award-winning career spanning decades at Warner Music
Group, working with Prince, Madonna, Bruno Mars, Arcade Fire, plus many other notable artists throughout
his career. He comes to Altavoz from Baker & Taylor, a leading distributor of books, film and music products
to libraries, institutions, and retailers, where he excelled with the domestic music retailers.
Ray Milaneses –Sales Consultant –Ray has over 25 years of executive music industry experience, with an extensive background in sales and marketing. He previously served as Northeast Regional Vice President at Warner Music Group, as Director of Sales for the largest independent retailer in the country for EMI, and oversaw business development for Gibson Brand (aka Gibson Guitars). This has made him a well rounded entertainment executive with a defining characteristic of being recognized for developing people and promoting an atmosphere of high morale and energy while maintaining a strong unified sales and marketing organization through communication – all while seeking new business through non-traditional means.
